Healthy habits for the family

"Laughter is a tranquilizer with no side effects."

--Arnold H. Glasqow

We have always heard the phrase laughter is the best medicine. Do You ever get in the mood from time to time to watch a good movie that you know is going to make you laugh until you cry. A good physical laugh can hurt but after it is over somehow you feel really good, energized and refreshed.

Here are just a few facts on what effects laughter has on our bodies.

Laughter moves blood to your heart and lungs boosting energy levels and making you feel instantly better. It loosens your muscles, lowers blood pressure, lowers levels of hormones that create stress and weaken our immunity.

Laughing and fun go together creating closeness between people. Over all laughter promotes health, both physically and emotionally. Enjoy good times and lots of laughter in your family. It will create good memories and bring you together.
